HENRY® Warranties

You can rest assured that you are using the best flooring adhesives for all your installations by choosing HENRY®. Our adhesive and floor preparation products will not break down or lose their cohesive strength for the length of the warranty period (10-year, 5-year, or 1-year). See applicable, full warranty below.

HENRY’s BEST 10-Year Limited Warranty

We warrant that HENRY’s adhesive and floor preparation products will not break down or lose their cohesive strength due to a manufacturing or formulation defect for 10 years from the date of installation.
If the above should happen and if we are notified within the 10-year warranty period, we will pay material costs either to repair or replace (at our option) the area of the floor affected by the HENRY product. If the floor was professionally installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and industry standard practices, HENRY will also pay reasonable labor costs for the direct repairs or replacement.
In order for this warranty to apply, HENRY products must be used only for their stated purpose, the products must be applied in accordance with HENRY’s application instructions and any other products used must be compatible with the HENRY products.
This warranty does not cover improper or defective installation of the flooring; subfloor irregularities; bottom-up staining due to mold, mildew or bacterial growth; installation where there is excessive moisture and/or alkali, or improper maintenance. The responsibility for warranties and/or performance guarantees for the actual flooring material, the floor underlayment, and the floor substrate rests with the manufacturer of those products and not with us.
To make a claim, contact your retailer.
We exclude and will not pay consequential or incidental damages under this warranty. By this we mean any loss, expense, or damage other than to the HENRY products themselves. There are no implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extending beyond the term of this written warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This Limited Warranty is effective February 1, 1999.
