Releasable Bond Pressure Sensitive Adhesive for Fiberglass Sheet Vinyl Flooring

HENRY 650 R Releasable Bond Pressure Sensitive Adhesive is formulated with releasable bonding properties that firmly adhere throughout the service life of the floor, yet the flooring can be easily removed at any time without causing damage to the subfloor.  The releasable properties and its easy roll-on application makes HENRY 650R the ideal adhesive for reducing the remodel workload in rental units, condominiums or other spaces that undergo frequent replacement of floor coverings.  

 

Applications:
For use in releasable installations of fiberglass reinforced sheet vinyl flooring installations.

 

Bonds to:
Refer to flooring manufacturers specific recommendations for suitable substrates.

 

Pourous:
Concrete cementitious underlayments, suspended APA grade underlayment plywood and radiant heated subfloors where temperatures do not exceed 85°F (29°C). For use on all grade levels. Can also be used over properly primed gypsum underlayments (above grade only).

 

Non-Porous:
Terrazzo and fully adhered, non-cushion backed resilient on all grade levels.

 

 

Apply evenly at a rate not to exceed 1200 sq. ft./4-gallon

 

1/32" D x 1/16" W x 1/32" A

Trowel apply then immediately back-roll with an adhesive saturated short nap paint roller. Trowel notch yields approx. 1200 sq. ft./4-gallon.
